Western blotting has been made easier with Syngene’s new chemiluminescent immuno detection kit, ChemiFast. ChemiFast kit contains complete, optimised, ready-to-use reagents for sensitive immunodetection.

Syngene provides the highest quality gel electrophoresis products including UltraSafe blue gel stain, a ‘safe’ alternative to Ethidium bromide for the staining of DNA in agarose or acrylamide gels and DNA ladders. Syngene supplies a range of DNA ladders (1Kb and 100bp) for accurate size and mass estimations of nucleic acid fragments.

UltraSafe blue gel stain and DNA ladders are suitable to be used with all our gel imaging systems and can be illuminated using UltraSlim, UltraBright blue LED transilluminators and by UV.

ChemiFast substrate for Western blotting

	ChemiFast chemiluminescence substrate ChemiFast substrate is a luminol-based enhanced chemiluminescence HRP substrate for Western blotting that provides very stable light output particularly for image capture with G:BOX Chemi systems. ChemiFast has been optimised for high sensitivity and long signal duration. The main advantage of a CCD camera over film is that you have higher sensitivity and is quantifiable over a larger dynamic range than film. Fully automated image capture can be achieved by using ChemiFast in conjunction with GeneSys software ensuring publication quality images. Why buy this product? 	UltraSafe blue gel stain UltraSafe blue gel stain is a highly sensitive stain for the visualisation of DNA/RNA in agarose or acrylamide gels. UltraSafe blue is a safer alternative for Ethidium bromide which can be carcinogenic and mutagenic. UltraSafe blue stain can be mixed into an agarose gel for staining during electrophoresis or the gel can be incubated in a solution of UltraSafe blue stain following electrophoresis. Gels can be visualised by a UV transilluminator or by Syngene’s UltraSlim Blue LED transilluminator. Why buy this product? 	AccuRuler 1KB DNA ladder AccuRuler 1KB DNA ladder is a powerful tool for estimating the molecular weight of linear, double stranded DNA (dsDNA) and DNA fragments. 1Kb AccuRuler DNA ladder is composed of 13dsDNA bands spanning 250bp to 10kb. The 1Kb and 3Kb bands have increased intensity to provide internal orientation.
